You've submitted a Returns Request, what now?


ReturnsThank you for submitting your returns request today, any second now you will (if you have given us your correct email address) receive an email from us containing your unique returns number.

Once this number has been received by you we advise that the returning item/s are well packaged and within the package either the original invoice or something to identify you as the sender is enclosed, failure to do so seriously delays the returns process.

The full cost of returning an item/s to us is at your own expense unless we have sent a wrong or faulty item to you in which case you will receive full payment in due course.

Once the item/s have arrived safely and in the condition they were sold as your refund will be actioned and processed within 7 working days.

Please Note:
The 14 day returns policy starts from the day you actually receive the item/s and as so any returns must be received by us within those 14 days and not from when you submitted the returns request from.
Items arriving outside of this window may be refused and returned back to you at your cost in line with our terms and conditions, please see here

Below is how the tear off Returns Address Label should be filled in once you have received the Returns number, it should then be securely attached to the front of the parcel.
