Here at Parklife not only do we like to make it easy for you to use the website to purchase from, we also want to give you the assurance that shopping online is safe and your details are secure and that is our reason we are constantly looking at different PSP's (Payment Service Providers).

Currently we offer 3 methods of paying for your order with us.

Secure Credit/Debit card payment through RBS WorldPay. When using this option to pay, your bank/credit card statement will show WWW.PARKLIFECLOTHES.CO as the recipient.

Paypal Website Payments (No account required).

We are a fully verified Paypal merchant and have been since May 2007. Being verified gives you our customers confidence that we have to meet and maintain laid down standards in the way our account is operated.

 Collect & pay at store, call in, pay and walk out with your purchase.

We also have the facility to allow you to pay for your order directly into our bank, please contact us if you would like to pay using this method. If you would like to use his service all we ask is that the payment is made without delay.

We also hope to finalise intregration with Google Checkout within the next few days/weeks. As well as these providers, the developers of the software used to build this website are actively working to produce a new payment solution and we aim to implement this once ready.

In line with new PCI DSS guidelines all transactions are processed under strict governance meaning no card details are passed on to us. During checkout and dependant on which of our payment methods you choose you will be transferred to the payment service providers secure site and input your details there. We will then receive this payment and notification of your payment from them and will begin to process your order shortly afterwards.

Oversea's customers please note, whilst we show many different currencies on our site you will actually pay us in GBP Sterling. Your bank will then at time of clearing make the required conversion at the exchange rate on that day so you may notice the converted amount differs slightly from that originally thought, this is beyond our control but merely down to worldwide financial fluctuations.

Paying for your telephone order with Paypal
Due to increasing concerns regarding credit card fraud whilst we are more than happy to take details over the phone of item/s you would like to order and invoice/delivery address details we have come to a very difficult decision not to take payment details over the telephone. What we suggest is using one of the following links and complete the transaction using Paypal (You do not need an account/register). We will then associate the deposited amount to your order and begin the process for you. You will need to have our email address which is sales@parklifeclothes.co.uk (useful to click copy now and then paste when required by Paypal) to make your payment.

If you would rather, we can supply you with our bank account details for you to then make a bank transfer for the amount of your telephone order. For extra security we do not disclose these details online.

Whilst these enhanced steps may seem a little 'over the top' they are nessacary to ensure that when shopping with us your details stay as 'yours' and that you are confident you are only paying us for item/s you have ordered. Of course we want you to shop with us but we really don't want to put you in a position that you don't know who has and who hasn't seen your card details. We hope you'll agree that makes sense!
