How to find your way to the beautiful seaside town of Whitby, home to Parklife.
From the South,
From York take the A64 towards Scarborough. Stay on here for about 27 miles until you see Whitby A169 signposted, exit the dual carriageway and at the roundabout take the 1st junction towards Pickering. Past straight through and again follow A169 moor road (mind the sheep!!)
Past the RAF fylingdales base on your right and then carry on for a further 8 miles through Sleights until you see the next roundabout.
*Take the Whitby turn and at the next roundabout , where you will get a clear view over the town of Whitby of the world famous Abbey (Eves petrol station) carry straight on until the next junction where you take the left filter towards town, continue downhill to the roundabout and proceed 1st left up Chubb Hill. At the top take the 4th exit on the roundabout, down St. Hildas Terrace until you come to the Resolution Hotel, where the road becomes Flowergate, Parklife can be found 20 yards further downhill on the right, free on street parking is available directly opposite the shop.
...and from the North,
From the A19 take the A171 towards Whitby and stay on here past Guisborough.
Continue over the moor road until you come to the roundabout signposting Whitby straight on and Pickering right, head towards Whitby and then follow the above directions from the asterisk.
