All the information you could ever needIt took me ages to find you, why aren't you at the top of the page?
Well due to endless hours of hard graft and being seen by the major search engines as an established and trusted brand/retailer we are top of the natural listings for many of our products but we do not pay the extra many of our competitors pay in order to stay in the 'sponsored' (highlighted section at the top & right of search results) links section of the search results.
Because of this we are able to offer our range of products at the prices our suppliers recommend and not add up to 15% on top like a few of our competitors do.

How do I place an order?
Shopping with us at Parklife is easy, just...........find a product you like in the right size, add it to your basket and complete the very easy checkout page, pay us and before you know it your package will be on its way.

What does Awaiting Fulfillment / Shipped mean?
Once you have placed and order it will go in Awaiting Fulfillment, this means we have received the order and it is waiting to be picked, packed & despatched. Once it is has passed these stages and has been despatched you will receive a Shipped email to comfirm its despatch and contained within this email will be your tracking number.

Are my details safe online?
In one word, Yes.
In a bit more detail, when you select your payment method you will leave our site and be transferred to the secure website of the chosen payment service provider where you will be asked to enter your payment details, using this method means we are never in a position to see any card details you may have enter.

Will I know when my order has been despatched?
Yes, we keep you updated with regular emails during the processing of all your orders with us.

If I sign up for your newsletter, will I get bombarded with junk?
No, we promise never to send more than 2 emails per month and usually we send just one a month at a push. We also never release any details to any other organisation.
At the bottom of every email we send there is an opt out option so should you wish to unsubscribe you may do do with no further emails being sent.

Can I return my order?
Yes, just click on the returns tab at the top of every page and you'll see that returning any item is painlessly simple.
