Making A Purchase
We have a minimum online purchase limit of £12.00 (excluding postage). We have tried to make buying from Parklife Online as stress free as possible and making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. For your total security you will be transferred to Actinic's secure server to enter all credit /debit cards details before coming back to our final order receipt page.
*Please note, unlike many other websites we do not process payment until we have checked stock availability and are in a position to complete your order.

We accept all forms of credit/debit card payment.
We do not charge for any item until we have checked it is available and are ready to start processing the order. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Upon completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the whole order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Options
UK
Deliveries within the UK start from an amazing zilch, nada, that's right nothing on Crocs and Jibbitz.
Delivery charges on all other products are set at either standard delivery at £1.99 per order or you can upgrade to 1st class recorded post from Royal Mail for £2.99 per order or for £5.99 you can upgrade to 48hr specail delivery .
Any delivery charge payable will be automatically caculated during checkout.
Orders of £100 will qualify for free standard shipping. UK addresses only

OVERSEA
International shipping starts from £2.99 to Europe and £3.99 to the US. These charges are based on package weight/size and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
All international orders are shipped using Royal Mail. During the delivery process the order will pass between the UK mail service (Royal Mail) and the service of your country, at this time there is often a short delay due to tighter security, import and customs controls being in place at different places around the world. You are advised to order early to avoid disappointment. You may also be required to pay import duty and charges relating to the importation of goods ordered. You are advised to check your countries laws before placing your order as you will be solely responsible for any levied charge. We have no control over any charges demanded. All orders are shipped in accordance with UK governing rules.

Delivery Schedule
The time taken to receive your order depends on many factors, namely the service you select during the checkout, your geographical location and time of year.

UK
Standard delivery can generally take up to 3/7 business days, 1st Class upgrade is normally 1/3 business days whilst 48hr delivery is guaranteed on weekdays only.
All orders require a signature upon arrival with you.
Please Note, we are powerless to direct parcels to be left in sheds, behind bin, etc.
In the event of no-one being able to receive the delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card informing you that the package will be held at your local sorting office. You will need to contact the sorting office to arrange redelivery or to collect the package, failure to do so within a reasonable time may result in the package being returned to us.

Back Orders
If an item/s ordered becomes unavailable we will email you as soon as possible. In many circumstances we may however be able to order further stock direct from the manufacturers but this can take upto 21 days.
If upon receiving any such email you would rather amend/cancel your order please contact us IMMEDIATELY as we will automatically process this order if replenishment stock arrives within a reasonable time at which time you may become responsible for any costs incurred in returning goods to us.

Tax Charges
All baby and childrenswear is VAT exempt.
Items other than clothing and footwear attracts VAT at the current rate of 17.5% and will be charged to all orders made from within the UK or the European Union. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
Upon placing a order on the website you will be directed to our secure payment server hosted by Actinic, all card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. The only access to card details is when we are taking payment for the order, and this is only carried out by Darron & Karen (the owners of Parklife). As soon as your payment is authorised all card details are shredded.

Guarantee
To comply with the EU Distance Selling Directive ( more information can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm ) we offer a 7 day cancellation period which starts the day after you recieve your products, however the following guidelines must at all times be adhered to.
We guarantee your total satisfaction with the products you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with any product it may be returned WITHIN 7 (SEVEN) days of order for a full refund of the items purchase price (Postage is not refunded). Before returning any items you are required to contact us to advise us of your decision. The product must be in its original new condition with all tags attached and include all original paperwork and packaging materials (any gift tags must remain intact with no writing on), items returned after 7 days or with defaced/ripped tags and those without tags will be deemed damaged and we reserve the right to either refuse a refund or make a restocking charge of 15%. We are unable to refund damaged or used items. We are not accountable for minor colour differences or minor size variations on the site. This is not a Parklife error and will not result in a refund of the original or return shipping costs.

All costs for returning items ordered are at your own expense, except in instances of Parklife error. Returned goods are the customer's responsibility until received by Parklife and as such we will not accept liability for any items lost or damaged. You are strongly advised to request and keep a proof of posting certificate.

Returns Policy
In line with the EU Distance Selling Directive we offer to exchange or refund the cost of item/s returned to us with 7 (seven) days of your receipt of them. If you do need to return or exchange an item please ensure you have the required information shown below and then CLICK HERE TO SEND EMAIL

Once we have received the above information and established that the return/exchange request is within the time allowed we will email a unique returns number that must be clearly displayed on the front of the package.

Any specially ordered items are exempt from the above regulations and we are unable to offer exchanges/refunds on these items.

All costs for returning items ordered are at your own expense, except in instances of Parklife error. Returned goods are the customer's responsibility until received by Parklife and as such we will not accept liability for any items lost or damaged. Remittance Terms
We ship your goods once we have received credit card authorisation. In the event that your card is refused, we will e-mail you and ask you to supply another card or to contact your bank to arrange clearance. Our terms do not affect your statutory rights
