How to order

We have tried to make buying from Parklife Online as stress free as possible and making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
You do not need to register with us to shop.

How do I pay?

You have the choice of using our SSL secure server that uses industry standard 128bit encryption to make any sensitive details invisible to any other internet user or you may wish to use Paypal that you can use with or without holding an account with them.

In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, or which we receive from any enquiry we may make with Early Warning Uk Ltd, to confirm your identity. What is SSL?

Does that mean it is unsafe to access sites without SSL?

How much will delivery cost?

Deliveries within the UK start from an amazing zilch, nada, that's right nothing on Crocs and Jibbitz.
Delivery charges on all other products are set at either standard delivery at £1.99 per order or you can upgrade to 1st class recorded post from Royal Mail for £2.99 per order or for £5.99 you can upgrade to 48hr specail delivery .
Any delivery charge payable will be automatically caculated during checkout.
Orders of £100 will qualify for free standard shipping. UK addresses only

Minimum Orders

This Parklife website has a minimum online purchase limit of £12.00 (excluding postage).

Whats next?

After you place an order you should receive an order receipt (that you are advised to print off for your records) followed by two emails from Parklife.

1st email to acknowledge receipt of your order.
2nd email to advise payment has been processed and your order is ready for despatch.

AOL users may find they receive no emails, but rest assure we will have received the order and carried out the transaction as with all other orders. If you have any doubts please call us on 01947 601110 and we can give you an update on the orders progress.

If you happen to get duplicates of any of the emails, please do not panic, we will only process your order once unless you advise us otherwise.

When will I get my order?

The time taken to receive your order depends on many factors, namely the service you select during the checkout, your geographical location and time of year.
We try to send all orders received by 2pm on the same day and on many occasions the order has been delivered the very next day, but you should note Royal Mail give no guarantee of delivery times unless you elect to use the 48hr Guaranteed delivey service upgrade.

In the event of no-one being able to receive the delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card informing you that the package will be held at your local sorting office. You will need to contact the sorting office to arrange redelivery or to collect the package, failure to do so within a reasonable time may result in the package being returned to us.
